What is Water Meditation?

Waterfall Meditation, as many may call it water meditation, also known as kirtan kriya is a form of meditating through the element of water. This practice can be performed in mostly any body of water. It calms the mind, body, and spirit. It is a symbol of purity, peace, and reassurance.  Water Meditation is commonly known for strengthening you spiritually, reducing stress, helps releasing toxic thought patterns, and anxiety. For instance bathing yourself is routine that you perform daily. So what better way is it to incorporate your bath with water medication when bathing is already something we do daily.
