All jewelry has been put through a cleansing process before packaging. LINRAE GEMS LLC takes great pride into cleansing all products before shipping, but we do highly recommended that you complete your own cleansing with all products before wearing.
What is your return and refund policy?
We will allow exchanges if the wrong item was shipped. Our Gems are our number one priority, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, I will gladly give a full refund. All items in order must be returned in it's original condition (unused, unworn) within 7 days of receiving.
